Activities

Day 1:

• Arrival at Entebbe International Airport
• Meet and greet with your guide and transfer to your hotel in Kampala
• Overnight stay in Kampala

Day 2:

• After breakfast, depart for Murchison Falls National Park
• Stopover at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a guided nature walk and rhino tracking experience
• Proceed to Murchison Falls National Park and check into your lodge
• Evening game drive in the northern part of the park
• Overnight stay in Murchison Falls National Park

Day 3:

• Early morning game drive in the park to catch a glimpse of the early risers
• Afternoon boat cruise on the Nile River to the bottom of the falls, where you can see the magnificent Murchison Falls up close and spot
• various aquatic animals such as crocodiles, hippos and water birds
• Overnight stay in Murchison Falls National Park

Day 4:

• Morning chimpanzee trekking in the Budongo Forest Reserve, where you can see these fascinating primates in their natural habitat. Put it in mind to walk between 2 and 8 hours in steep and sometimes muddy conditions with rain overhead, which can be tough and requires  fitness.
• After amazing experience of Chimpanzee trekking, we shall return to the lodge for lunch and some relaxation
• Afternoon game drive in the southern part of the park, which is home to lions, leopards, giraffes, elephants, buffaloes and more
• Overnight stay in Murchison Falls National Park

Day 5:

• Departure for Entebbe International Airport, stopping for lunch en route
• Arrival in Kampala in the early evening, where you can do some souvenir shopping or explore the city
• Transfer to Entebbe International Airport for your flight back home
